Cancellation cover
If your physio cancels or doesn't show for a session booked through PhysioDekho, message our Instant Help line and we'll help you find a replacement physio on priority — within 24 hours in serviced areas.
Fee-lock
The fee you see at booking is recorded at booking. No renegotiation at the door, no surprise charges. (You still pay the physio directly at the visit — we never handle your money.)
Your recovery record
Every booked session builds your treatment history in one place — which physio, which complaint, when. Priceless when you switch physios, see a surgeon, or need records later. Sessions arranged privately on WhatsApp leave no record.
Review rights
Only sessions booked through PhysioDekho earn the right to a public review. Your review protects the next patient — and your star rating history is how good physios rise.
Recovery Points
Every completed session earns 10 Recovery Points. Points move you through Bronze, Silver and Gold — higher tiers get priority replacements and first access to in-demand physios.
A grievance line with teeth
Problem with a session booked here? Our Instant Help line takes it up with the physio, and repeated complaints get physios delisted. Book direct, and there is nothing we can do for you.
The fine print, honestly
PhysioDekho is an intermediary — your treatment and payment happen directly with your physiotherapist. Cancellation cover means we actively help you rebook on priority; it is not a cash compensation scheme. Replacement timelines depend on verified physio availability in your area.
