Refund policy

A program purchased through PhysioDekho can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of payment if fewer than two clinician reviews have taken place and no more than one week of content has been unlocked. After that, refunds are pro-rated by weeks remaining, at the platform's discretion.

Cancel at least 12 hours before a paid online consultation for a full refund. Later cancellations or no-shows are not refundable. If the physiotherapist cancels, you receive a full refund or a rebooking, your choice.

Today these fees are paid directly to the physiotherapist at the visit. PhysioDekho does not hold this money and cannot refund it; disputes are handled through our grievance line and the physiotherapist.

Refunds for payments made by UPI are returned to the originating UPI ID within 7 working days of approval.
