Knee

Step-up

Prepares you for stairs

How to do it

  1. 1Stand facing a low step, holding a rail if needed.
  2. 2Step up with the affected leg, pushing through the heel, and bring the other foot up.
  3. 3Step down slowly, leading with the unaffected leg.
  4. 4Keep the knee tracking over the middle toes.

Start with a low step (10 cm) and increase height only when it feels easy and pain-free.
