Towel external rotation
Restores the rotation needed to reach behind your head
How to do it
- 1Stand with the sore-side elbow tucked into your side, holding one end of a towel; the other hand holds the other end behind your back.
- 2Use the good hand to gently pull the towel so the sore forearm rotates outward.
- 3Hold 15–20 seconds.
- 4Release slowly.
Keep the elbow tucked against the body.
