Shoulder
Wall slide
Rebuilds overhead reach with support
How to do it
- 1Stand facing a wall, hands on the wall at shoulder height.
- 2Slide your hands up the wall as far as comfortable, walking closer as you go.
- 3Hold the top position for 5 seconds.
- 4Slide back down slowly.
Let the wall carry the weight of the arm; do not force height.
