Knee

Wall sit

Builds thigh endurance for standing and walking

How to do it

  1. 1Lean your back against a wall and walk your feet forward.
  2. 2Slide down until your knees are bent about 45°, well short of a full squat.
  3. 3Hold for 15–30 seconds, breathing normally.
  4. 4Slide back up.

Never go deeper than a comfortable angle; stop if pain builds at the kneecap.
