Hip

Clam

Strengthens the hip muscles that keep the knee aligned

How to do it

  1. 1Lie on your side with knees bent 45° and heels together, head resting on your arm.
  2. 2Keeping heels touching, lift the top knee like a clam opening.
  3. 3Hold 2 seconds without rolling your pelvis back.
  4. 4Lower slowly.

Place a hand on your hip to feel that it stays still.
