Side-lying leg raise

Builds the outer hip for walking and stairs

How to do it

  1. 1Lie on your side with the bottom knee bent and the top leg straight in line with your body.
  2. 2Lift the top leg about 30 cm, toes pointing forward.
  3. 3Hold 2 seconds.
  4. 4Lower slowly.

Do not let the leg drift forward or the toes turn up.
