Reverse lunge

Strength and balance for the whole leg

How to do it

  1. 1Stand tall. Step one foot back and lower the back knee towards the floor.
  2. 2Keep the front knee over the ankle and the trunk upright.
  3. 3Push through the front heel to return.
  4. 4Alternate legs.

Shorten the step if the front knee hurts.
