Shoulder

Isometric shoulder push into wall

Activates shoulder muscles without moving a painful joint

How to do it

  1. 1Stand side-on to a wall with your elbow bent 90° and the back of your fist against the wall.
  2. 2Push gently outward into the wall for 5 seconds at about 30% effort.
  3. 3Relax fully.
  4. 4Repeat facing the wall with the front of your fist, pushing forward.

Effort should be light; no pain during the push.
