Neck
Chin tuck
Activates the deep neck muscles and eases forward-head posture
How to do it
- 1Sit or stand tall, looking straight ahead.
- 2Gently draw your chin straight back, making a double chin, without tilting your head.
- 3Hold 5 seconds, feeling a light stretch at the back of the neck.
- 4Relax and repeat.
Keep it gentle; you should not feel pain at the base of the skull.
