Neck rotation
Restores the ability to look over your shoulder
How to do it
- 1Sit tall with shoulders relaxed.
- 2Slowly turn your head to look over one shoulder as far as is comfortable.
- 3Pause for 3 seconds, then return to the middle.
- 4Repeat to the other side.
Move slowly; stop if you feel dizzy.
