Neck
Upper trapezius stretch
Relieves the tight muscle between neck and shoulder
How to do it
- 1Sit tall. Place one hand behind your back or under your thigh.
- 2Tilt your head away from that side and slightly forward, as if looking at the opposite pocket.
- 3Rest your other hand lightly on your head for a gentle extra stretch.
- 4Hold 20–30 seconds.
Light pressure only from the hand.
