Neck
Shoulder blade squeeze
Strengthens the muscles that hold the shoulders back
How to do it
- 1Sit or stand tall with arms by your sides.
- 2Draw your shoulder blades back and down as if pinching a pencil between them.
- 3Hold 5 seconds without shrugging up.
- 4Relax fully between reps.
Keep the neck long; do not lift the shoulders towards the ears.
