Back

Dead bug

Core control without loading the spine

How to do it

  1. 1Lie on your back, arms pointing at the ceiling, knees bent at 90° over your hips.
  2. 2Breathe out and slowly lower one arm overhead and the opposite heel towards the floor.
  3. 3Keep your lower back gently pressed into the floor the whole time.
  4. 4Return and swap sides.

Lower only as far as you can keep your back flat.
