Neck
Thoracic extension over a chair
Opens the upper back that stiffens with sitting
How to do it
- 1Sit in a chair with a back that ends at your shoulder blades. Clasp your hands behind your head.
- 2Gently lean back over the top of the chair, opening your chest to the ceiling.
- 3Hold 3 seconds and return.
- 4Keep your lower back still; the movement is in the upper back.
Support your head with your hands throughout.
