Neck
Wall angel
Improves posture and shoulder mobility
How to do it
- 1Stand with your back, head and buttocks against a wall, feet a little away from it.
- 2Place your arms against the wall in a goalpost shape, elbows bent 90°.
- 3Slowly slide your arms up the wall as far as you can keep your wrists and elbows in contact.
- 4Slide back down slowly.
Only go as far as contact with the wall allows; it gets easier over weeks.
